Our lamb comes from the same certified organic farm in Southern Ontario since 2003.
Born in the spring, the lamb are weaned naturally after about 3 months, and then graze out on the pasture until the cold weather and snow arrives. They are harvested from September until March and are tastier and leaner than barn raised and pallet-fed lamb.
Available fresh; September to March, and frozen; year round. Whole, half, and variety of prime cuts.
