Spicy shrimp Buddha bowl with home-made tahini-lemon dressing

“We made this meal with wild-caught shrimp as opposed to conventionally famed fish. Farmed fish is raised in commercial tanks with high concentrations of antibiotics, pesticides and other toxic chemicals! It is also found to have lower levels of healthy omega-3 fatty acids and protein.”

Dressing recipe:
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 2/3 cups water
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • Black pepper to taste 🍋
