Here's a fantastic, mouth-watering idea for this sunny weekend! A boneless lamb loin roast, stuffed with fresh spinach, goat feta, and Ontario garlic, then rolled in rosemary and black pepper.
Our organic lamb is raised outdoors on pasture on biodynamic farms, grass-fed year round, and is 100% GMO free.
- Preheat oven to 400 °F.
- Sear lamb roast in olive oil (or oil/fat of choice) until all sides are golden brown.
- Transfer to oven and cook for 20 minutes, or longer if preferred. Remove and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Slice into 1-inch pieces. Serve over couscous, rice, or potatoes!
